Services Delivered: Up-sold vendor oriented ‘one-of’ Request for Quotation (RFQ) hardware request into a single-sourced, integrated hardware, software, & services solution. This project:
- Uniquely delivered an extremely robust, exclusive solution package to a public-sector client.
- Eliminated traditional competition, by building a ‘tight spec’ that complied with public funding rules, but could not be cost effectively duplicated by competition. Resulted in a multi-year engagement worth over $10M.
- Extended national corporate mandate and scope of new business delivery. Creatively integrated several excellent high tech value-added partners, delivering new combined solutions that leveraged and optimized combined capabilities.
